Custom Lumiscope
A researcher needed to simultaneously measure Luminescence and fluorescence on plants over a period of days.
Solution
We were able to modify our standard light tight Lumiscope to include a top-mounted camera port with in-built Optospin filter wheel to enable fluorescence measurements to be taken. We used filtered MacroLED heads for the illumination which were positioned around the sample for even illumination.
