Neil joined Cairn Research in 1996 and has over 30 years of experience with the company. During his career, he has held a number of senior production roles, including Head of Production and Production Director. As Production Manager, Neil leads the production team, ensuring Cairn's precision microscopy systems are manufactured to the highest standards.

Linda has over 11 years of experience with Cairn Research. Having held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer, she returned to the company in 2025 as Operations Manager. Linda oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of Cairn's products and services.
