From its early roots building photometric instruments for physiology and pharmacology laboratories, Cairn Research is now a leading manufacturer of modular microscope components across the life sciences, and throughout the world.
Alongside our range of core products, we have increasingly been designing and supporting turnkey and custom systems incorporating a mix of commercial and open-source hardware and software.
The new Solutions spinout, established by several highly experienced Cairn staff members, is tasked with growing this side of the business, in collaboration with leading researchers and partner companies.
From its new base just outside Cambridge, Cairn Imaging Solutions will work alongside the team in Kent, focusing on delivering holistic solutions to both simple and complex imaging and microscopy needs and wants.
